Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, MZonline will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
- You produce your original receipt or voucher at the time you return the item
The item is in re-sealable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
- The item is not a Special Exception (see below).
Exchange and Refunds
- If you request an exchange, you must pay us any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
- If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
Goods on which a change of mind return is not available
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law.
MZonline will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
- Personal Care Items:
- Electric toothbrushes
- Shavers, hairbrushers
- Manicure sets, foot spas
- Hand held massagers
- Earrings for pierced ears
- Christmas hampers
- CDs, DVDs
- Ink cartridges
For hygienic reasons these products can not be returned or exchanged. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us, These products can still be exchanged if they are faulty.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.
